1、汇报给资深收款专员，根据公司章程执行每日收款流程。
2、准确地计算收费和生成账单。
3、向病人解释账单明细。
4、配合客服部门解答病人的账务咨询。
5、为医疗服务做预授权操作。
6、处理病人投诉并汇报给商务部经理。
7、根据员工手册标准执行有关流程。
8、严守机密。

任职资格：
1、电脑操作熟练，熟悉办公自动化软件。
2、思维敏捷，条理性强，适应能力抢，愿意学习。能够在压力下很好地工作。
3、善于和人相处，合适地处理好和客人，保险公司之间的关系。
4、计算机操作熟练。
