职位描述：
1、在医疗总监领导下，参加本科室的门诊、病房及本科室相关的会诊医疗工作。
2、规范书写乳腺外科各类文书，开展临床新技术、新项目，不断提高医疗技术水平。
3、认真执行医院的各项规章制度和技术操作常规，提高服务质量和医疗质量，严防医疗差错。

任职资格：
1、学历要求：高等医学院校，临床医学专业本科以上学历。
2、工作经验要求：具有5年以上乳腺外科临床工作经验。
3、技能要求：1）能运用乳腺外科相关基础理论，对各类乳腺的常见病、多发病进行诊断及治疗，在临床中对于不同的病情、病况制定出针对性的个体化治疗方案。2）能对各年龄段的乳房保健方面进行咨询指导。3）熟练掌握并能独立完成乳腺外科各类小型手术，掌握各类中型手术。
