a. Critical Competency / 关键能力
Experience in concepts and design of Exterior Trim parts and components
Knowledge of automotive development processes and standards
Good English skills, German is an add on, Chinese as mother tongue
Team player with good organization and problem solving skills
Flexibility and interested to work in an international project environment
有内外饰零部件概念及设计经验
熟悉汽车开发流程以及标准
具有良好的英语能力，会德语者优先考虑
具有团队合作精神和良好的组织和解决问题的能力
对国际化项目感兴趣并可灵活调动


b. Required Education & Experience / 教育背景及工作经验
Bachelor - Mechanical Engineering, Master Degree in Automotive Engineering, Technician or relevant education, training, and/or work experience
Minimum 3 years experience in exterior /interior trim development
Skilled to use CAD systems such as CATIA V5 and/or UNIGRAPHICS
Knowledge of MS Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
本科学历 - 机械工程，汽车工程，技术或者相关教育，培训，工作经验
至少3年内、外饰工作经验
熟悉运用CAD系统如CATIA V5 或UNIGRAPHICS
会使用办公室软件: Word, Excel, PowerPoint


c. Main Tasks & Responsibility主要任务和职责
Design of 3D models with CATIA V5 from the first concept to the final product according to functional, cost, quality and manufacturing requirements
Preparation of documentation, such as material lists, 2D drawings, installation manuals, FMEA, etc. according to customer or EDAG’s standard
Support the project manager with presentations of technical concepts, issues and proposals for solutions
All other tasks assigned by superior
运用CATIA V5设计3D模型，从最初的概念到最终的产品，以达到功能，成本，质量以及生产的要求
根据客户或爱达克的标准进行文件的编制，如材料清单，二维图纸，安装手册，FMEA等
协助项目经理完成技术文件，解决问题，提出建议
