职位描述：
主要职责Key Responsibilities
? 协助财务经理完成每月财务报表关帐流程
? 执行资产负债表各科目的调节表工作
? 保证财务报表能按照会计准则的要求编制
? 对需提交给公司和高级管理层的月度，季度和年度的财务报表进行分析工作
? 保证公司月度，季度和年度的特别报告能够满足外部监管机构的要求
? 能够给我们财务合作伙伴提供日常的分析和支持
? 与财务经理紧密合作，帮助财务经理领导和执行不同的重要项目
? 有效并及时地处理会计问题并达成业务目标
? Assist with month-end close process
? Perform balance sheet account reconciliations
? Ensure financial statements are prepared in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
? Analysis of month/quarter/annual financial reporting to executive leadership and corporate
? Analysis of month/quarter/annual special purpose reporting to meet external requirements
? Provide day to day financial analysis and accounting support to our Finance partners
? Partner closely with the Finance Manager to lead various project initiatives
? Address business objectives and technical accounting issues in an effective and timely manner
资格要求Required Qualifications
? 会计或财务相关的学士学位
? 相关领域四年以上的工作经验
? 具有会计相关经验和技能，熟悉中国企业会计准则
? 良好的分析技能
? 良好的合作能力
? 流利的中英文书写及口头交流能力
? 熟练运用微软Excel，Word，PPT软件
? 良好的团队工作能力并且注重细节
? 良好的沟通和人际交往能力
? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
? 4+ years working experience in related area
? Possesses accounting skills & knowledge, familiar with PRC GAAP
? Strong analytical skills
? Strong partnering skills
? Proficient language skills in both English and Chinese, oral and written
? Proficient with Microsoft Excel/Word/PPT
? Demonstrated strong organizational skills and attention to detail
? Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills

? 具有中国注册会计师或者其他相关证书
? 熟悉美国会计准则
? Fluent English skill in written and oral
? CPA or other equivalent certificate
