Management of and daily contact with salespersons to identify and resolve issues concerning products, applications, pricing, transportation, competition & strategy.
Daily contact with Customer base to solicit business, identify and resolve issues concerning products, applications, pricing, transportation, competition & design. Assign customer to salesmen and integrate customer resources.
Analyze & implement pricing & margin strategies vis-à-vis customer, market segment & competition.
Administrate agreements between EA Package (Taichang) and customers, sales reps., distributors, agents & brokers.
Review histories, analyze & project future sales revenues & direction.
Review & adjust commission structures, expenses and cost of sales.
Set up sales offices in different areas.
Hire and fire salespersons.
Requirement
Colleague or above
6-10 years in Home textile field
Rich experience in leading team
Fluent English in Written & oral
Can work under pressure and good communication
Strong leadship
Be familiar with MS office
