工作职责：

1. 负责使用FARO测量仪(类似三次元)量测、扫描产品.可以独立完成该测量仪的校验,管理等相关工作.

2. 能够进行原材料的检验及判定.

3. 能够进行制程巡检及出货检验，防止漏检、少检和错检.

4. 能够保质保量完成质量检验记录

5. 新产品的FAI数据收集、测量.

6. 上级交派的其他任务.

岗位要求：

1. 机械相关专业中专以上，熟悉产品质量检验工作.具有三年以上相关工作经历，年龄在35岁以内.

2. 会正确使用三次元（必须会）,2.5D,卡尺等量具、量测基础很好.

3. 能看懂图纸，快速掌握产品质量检验标准及技术要求.

4. 工作认真仔细，吃苦耐劳，有责任心，原则性强.

5. 有较强的内部沟通，协调能力.

6. 掌握Office办公软件.

7. 有ISO9001知识背景及一定英语基础者优先.

8. 会使用机械制图软件.

With the expansion of our operations globally, IPL Plastics Group had setup Shanghai operations in 2007primarily sourcing and developing a stable and reliable supply base in die casting, plastic moulding, pressed metal, and all types of hardware. In 2009, setup a new manufacturing facility in Xinzhuang Industrial Park, focusing on injection moulding and precision tool fabrication and enclosure assembly.

To date, Protech Shanghai had grown from a precision metal stamping and enclosure setup to a Best In-Class manufacturing site of over 150 employees, providing an End-to-End solution to our customers. Protech Shanghai capabilities include Precision Tool Fabrication, Precision Plastic Moulding, Mechanical & Product Assembly, co-ordination of global resources across manufacturing sites for Precision Die Casting, Precision Stamping. China revenue $20 million in 2019.
