职位描述：
职位描述：
1、负责公司厂房设施的整体改进与维护，对厂房设施的有效运行进行管理；
2、负责公司厂房设施、与厂房所有房联系事宜、工程项目、基建、日常维修保养、办公家具等管理；
3、负责公司投资项目的全生命周期管理。
1）编制投资预算、监控投资项目的实施以及动态管理投资预测
2）确保投资项目中EHS符合性
3）投资项目动力资源的总体配备计划
4）固定负责公司固定资产归口管理：按规定及时做好固定资产的入帐登记、定期实施固定资产的盘点和整理
5）及时处理已审批的报废资产。
4、负责工厂的气、电、照明、设备布局等能源管理；
1）负责新产品的工艺路线、设备能力及节拍、物料路线、物料工具的整体规划。
2）分析产品的生产节拍，对提高劳动生产率和平衡节拍负责，并且不断持续改进降低生产成本。
3）新项目制造系统分析与报价。
4）分析人机工程，对改善工作环境，减少劳动损伤负责。
5）负责劳动工时的核定及标准工时的制定。
6）制定并组织、执行每年的精益生产计划及现场改进工作。
7）负责生产现场的持续改进及标准化工作。
8）支持新项目的顺利启动。
5、协助部门处理日常管理事务及其他临时交于的任务

岗位要求：
1、大学本科以上学历，熟悉厂房基建等设施改造，具有制造行业3年以上相关经历
2、熟悉国家相关资产管理政策及EHS 规定
3、必须具有良好的沟通、协调能力
4、能基本掌握英语沟通技能
