SUMMARY:

Provide equipment after service to end-users or distributors. Provide servicetraining to distributors.

Develop documented processes for both service and training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

? Customer site service: Equipment installation orientation, operation & maintenance training; In-service equipment troubleshooting and repair.

? Provide after service support to customers and distributors.

? Analyze equipment service issues and suggest solution for solving and preventing problem. As required, coordinate with appropriate Engineering Manager (MX USA, Tiede, India, etc.) to initiating and produce Service Bulletins.

? Provide distributor and employee training on equipment orientation, operation and maintenance.

? Investigate equipment and accessories quality issues and report to appropriate Engineering and Quality managers.

? Assist with equipment and material application demonstration at distributor and/or customer sites as required.

? Provided calibration of accessories to customers and authorized distributors. Provide calibration training to authorized distributors.

MARGINAL DUTIES:

? Support sales and marketing as required.

? Understanding of industry specifications and how MX materials, equipment and accessories are used to comply to these specifications.

? All other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE:

? College degree or above

? Mechanical automation and automatic control related experience

? Above 3 years experience of equipment After service and repairing

? Solving problem for customer unprompted and patient, with good service principle

? Team cooperation spirit

? Be willing to study new knowledge, having highly self-regulation and being positive

? Be willing to share knowledge and information

? English communication capability in oral and writing
