职位描述：
Job Objective:
Purchase raw material, consumables and spares, using MRP as an analysis tool. Generate and place purchase orders on time, within agreed lead time. To maintain procurement of materials, to assist with the smooth running of the operation. To have a good supplier management, in line with the TS 16949 audit regulation.
Responsibilities:
? To support Technical Dept. to source the new supplier in the intention of localization and CIP program.
? Annual contract, regular Purchase Order release for raw material and consumables with agreed lead time, purchase forecast release on a monthly basis, ensure FS screen (VEID/VDIT/POCT/POMT/POAN/POAS/APPO/ITMB/ITMC) is updated accurately and timely.
? Supplier Management, ensure the purchased goods are arrived on time and maintain the Delivery Notes at goods inward, dealing with supplier through VQCR if any quantity or quality issue occurs, in conjunction with quality Dept and warehouse, rating the supplier according to their performance on a monthly basis. Perform supplier audit as per plan, with quality dept.
? Follow the purchasing procedure, ensure to have a good file control, keep all the necessary record in line with TS 16949 practise, in conjunction with related dept. (Ex: Approved Vendor List, buying specification, signed PO and quotation collecting, supplier audit record, etc)
? Ensure the payment is made to vendors accurately and timely, in conjunction with Finance Dept. Ensure the payment terms are 60 days for all supplier through negotiation and new supplier sourcing.
? Following supplier sourcing procedure, support techincal Dept innovation, to source material, tooling and develop potential suppliers, in order to reduce both cost and leadtime.
? Inform of any price variation to Finance Dept, negotiate with supplier Issue the purchase report on bi-weekly basis, ensure the expenses is under control compare to budget.
? Any other duties as instructed by manager.
Qualifications/Experience
? 3-5 years’ experience with industry relevant production
? Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management
? Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
? Knowledge of basic financial and accounting principles and practices
? Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
? Information technology skills

? Excellent team work skills
