职位描述：

Position: Regional Technical Service Manager

Location: to be identify

Responsibilities:


Implementation of and follow up on policies, guidelines, tools and ensure uniformity of process in line with Group and Regional directives. Define and implement standard TS operating procedures in co-ordination with Regional TS



Preparation, review, monitoring and control of budgeted fixed expenses and provide input to the Regional TS Director via monthly reports and annual budget reports.



Maintain high level of technical Service and ensure qualifications and available resources are in line with business requirements through effective manpower planning. Define TS service charges and review on an annual basis. Develop, implement and maintain TS invoicing procedures with input to Group TS



Recruiting and stipulating the career pathways of TS staff and ensure continual training as well as the development and management of training budgets.



Define / Implement standard reporting tools, in co-ordination with Regional and Group Technical Service. Ensure timely and accurate reporting. Implement and maintain procedures for specification control and review / approve project specifications , if relevant



Facilitation of technical training / presentations / seminars for Hempel Sales and Customers.



Directing the Help Desk Manager on Complaint Handling and follow up on complaint handling procedures according to Hempel Group Procedures.



To ensure and emphasize on safety for all field personnel working on site



Other duties as indicator by the Technical Service Director


Requirements:


At least College degree, Chemistry/ Engineering/ Managing background



More than 10 years’ experience in technical service field with at least 5 years managing experience



Solid technical background;



Good computer skills



Fluent on English



FROSIO / NACE Certified



Understanding of Basic Finance
