职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 管理业务拓展副总裁每日的行程安排，包括邮件，日历，约会，会议，出差行程，相关费用报销；
2. 提供其他的行政职责，包括每周周会会议记录，会议室预定，以及一些必要的文书工作；
3. 制作部门相关报表 以及部门管理人员的KPI系统录入；
4. 部门文件管理；
5. 与其他部门做好必要的相关联系工作；
6. 做好必要的保密工作。
任职要求：
1. 英文听说读写良好，CET-4或以上；
2. 熟悉word, excel, PPT 操作；
3. 有责任心，细心；
4. 文秘，行政管理，英文专业；
