As our team is expanding dynamically, we are looking for people with the following requirements:
- Thorough understanding of textile construction, color and printing techniques.
- Technical knowledge of worsted fabrics used in men's apparel.
- Degree in Textile technology or equivalent.
- Knowledge in production process & procedures, ISO9001/TQM/System Management/Quality Statistics is critical.
- The successful candidate has good analytical skills and is focused on teamwork and problem solving.
* Responsibilities
- Responsible for resolving QA and QC specific issues with line management in different processes
- Fabric inspections, assessing training needs of subordinates on quality / product dev. / production etc.
-Liaison work with Shanghai office. Frequent travel within China
The successful Candidate will assist Compliance team to monitor factories' performance and build corrective action plans to achieve DSM's quality goals and standard.
* Experience
-5 years working experience in quality assurance or related field, preferably in the menswear manufacturing sector.

Oversee all manufacturing processes from raw materials procurement to labeling and packaging of the finished product.
Coordinate multiple manufacturers and suppliers for the production and assembly of any specific product
Quality assurance Compliance and Quality Control come at the very beginning of the product development process.
During the entire development process, we serve as the liaison between you and the factory staff, keeping you constantly apprised of the progress on your orders.
We Inspect and qualify raw materials and sub-components
Designate critical inspection hold points and conduct visual and dimensional examinations
Control and maintaining documentation, records, specifications, and drawings for the work performed
Perform Witnessing tests, inspection audits of vendor quality activities, standard compliance and corporate ethics
Conduct both in-process, pre-shipment quality inspections or secure independent, third-party quality/compliance inspection.
We work with factories in Zhejiang province, Shangdong province, Shanghai surrounding
We always occupy one production line in order to have full control of our products and deliveries
