Job purpose
Administrative support to quality manager to achieve company quality goals
Assist quality manager to set up, implement and maintain GMP compliance document
Daily routine QA jobs e.g. participation of internal audit, customer audit and CAPA follow up
Job responsibilities
Factual and timely implementation of all administrative tasks in the QA department
Organize and maintain documents, as well as function as site GMP document controller
Participation internal quality audit
Follow up corrective and preventive actions raised internally and externally
Deviations follow up with production team
Review batch card
Participate local supplier audit
GMP internal trainer
Conduct any other job assigned by QA manager
Competencies
Experience of handling customer complaint and customer audit
Good GMP knowledge
With education background of bachelor degree, majored in Chemical or Packaging material
Min.2 years of working experience in Quality Department
