● Job Responsibilities 工作职责
In charge of matching and inputting invoice in SAP system.
负责在SAP系统内匹配及输入发票信息。
Prepare vendor reconciliation & related AP aging report follow up and control
编制供应商对帐表并对应付帐款帐龄报告进行跟踪与控制。
In charge of intercompany AP and monthly reconciliation.
负责同公司的应付帐款，并每月进行对帐确认。
Communication with internal department and external vendors for payment issues, follow up outstanding items
与公司内部相关部门及外部供应商沟通协调付款事宜，并跟踪未尽事项。
In charge of general ledger issue.
负责总帐处理业务
In charge of foreign exchange control for import and export business
负责进出口业务的外汇管理业务

● Job Requirements 工作要求
Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting is a must
财务或会计专业本科毕业
Intermediate Accountant is must and CPA, ACCA, AIA is plus
须有中级会计师资格证书，CPA，ACCA或AIA优先考虑
2-3 years related working experience in multinational company
2-3年外资企业相关工作经验
Experience in SAP is desirable
具有SAP经验优先考虑
Good English and computer skill
具有良好的英语及计算机能力
Team spirit, good communication and work under pressure
有团队合作精神、良好的沟通能力，能够在压力下开展工作

在德国的施托尔贝格，西氏也在从事TrimTec 和 InsoCap 密闭装置的生产。在亚太地区，西氏还在新加坡建有一座工厂，并在澳大利亚、中国、印度和新加坡设有销售办事处。
