Job Description:
-Strategic planning and execution on annual CRM strategy and CRM program, to successfully enhance consumer loyalty and retention rate, as well as to improve prospect acquisition.
-Database management to provide in-depth and business-oriented analysis, and also to facilitate internal team sharing and learning.
-Provide tracking and analysis on customer database and develop action plan to maximize business opportunities.
-Able to develop structural database testing, learning and refining tests to analyse and optimize database profile

Requirements:
-Strong business acumen, coupled with creative thinking and exceptional analytical skills
-Exceptional attention to detail
-3 to 5 years experience list acquisition, database marketing, direct marketing and/or CRM
-Bachelor's Degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics or a technology focused degree
