职位描述：
The Software Engineer will work with the Software team to develop and maintain life-science imaging platforms. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has strong C#/C++ development skills and experience designing Windows based instrumentation systems.

该职位将与软件团队共同开发和维护生命科学成像系统平台。候选人应具备较强的C #/C++开发技能和基于Windows平台的仪器设备开发经验。
 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
职责描述
1.Document requirements and design specifications as well as verification plans and test cases
制定软件开发的要求、设计规格、以及验证方案及测试用例
2.Participate in code, design and architectural reviews
参与源代码、设计方案以及结构性方面的审核
3.Perform coding and unit tests of requirements as they are defined
根据需求编写代码及单元测试用例
4.Device driver design and implementation
开发设备驱动程序
5.Software testing and assisting with validation of system design
软件测试，并协助对系统设计进行验证
6.Assist with project planning, estimation and tracking
协助完成项目的计划、评估和跟踪
7.Software installation, configuration and upgrading
软件的安装、配置和升级
8.Report development status to supervisor on a regular basis
定期向上级反馈项目的进展情况
9.Maintain an orderly laboratory notebook and design history file
维护实验室笔记和相关的设计数据资料，确保数据有序、可查
10.Assist both the service and manufacturing departments in troubleshooting technical
problems with software. This includes training of personnel
协助技术服务部门和生产部门解决软件技术问题，包括向相关人员提供培训
11.Recommend innovations and improved methods, tools, and processes
提出创新建议，改进方法、工具和过程
12.Perform other related duties and assignments as required

 JOB REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
1.Minimum of a BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field required
本科或硕士以上学历,主修计算机科学、工程或其它相关专业
2.At least 3+ years of proven experience in commercial software design, development, and implementation
具备3年以上商业软件设计、开发和应用经验者优先
3.Must be fluent programming in C and/or C++, and have a solid command of object oriented design principles
精通C# /C++语言，面向对象程序设计原理
4.Must have experience with hardware communication protocols and APIs
必须有硬件通信协议和API的经验
5.Experience with WPF is a plus
具备WPF经验者优先
6.In-depth knowledge of building software on Windows Win7/Win8
深入了解基于Win7/Win8平台的软件编程知识
7.Must have excellent verbal, written and listening skills.
具备优秀的英语口语、书面、听力能力
8.Must be able to work effectively with others both within and external to the engineering group
必须能够与软件开发部门的同事、以及公司其它部门的同事积极合作,有效地开展工作
9.Must possess the ability to quickly and creatively solve unexpected problems using strong analytical skills
必须具备较强的分析能力，能够通过创造性的方式快速解决突发问题
10.The candidate is expected to take the initiative to anticipate or avoid potential problems
能够主动预见或避免潜在的问题
