Main responsibility

岗位职责

1.Check the inventory; cooperate with production dept., set a plan for purchasing.

根据库存情况，协同生产计划，制定采购计划

2.Cooperate with quality dept., ensure suppliers clearly understand our requirement.

与质量部门合作，确保供应商很清楚我们对于所有采购部件的要求

3.Launch orders, track orders, ensure we can get all the parts we need on time.

下采购订单并跟踪，确保供应商能按时交货

4.Give forecast to suppliers; maintain the relationship with all suppliers.

为供应商制定产品采购预期， 维护与供应商的关系

5.In case we suffer some problems, cooperate with suppliers to find a solution for ensuring continuously manufacturing in our facility.

如果采购部件发生质量问题，协同质量部门以及供应商，共同寻找解决办法以保证工厂的持续生产

6.Copy some financial issues.

核对送货单及发票，并提交给财务

Requirement

岗位要求

1.Bachelor degree in engineering

工科背景

2.Two years experience related to procurement/sourcing.

两年以上相关工作经验

3.be good at communicating, negotiating, analyzing

有较强的分析问题的能力，擅于沟通，有一定的谈判能力

4.be good at ERP software and access database

了解ERP系统，熟练掌握access

5.be good at English

有一定的英文水平
