职位概要:

组织、协调、指挥车间各项工作，完成车间工作计划、车间各项工作指标。

工作内容:

规划并完成组织生产目标；

协调生产管理团队的工作；

监督车间工人的工作质量、工作进度；

规划分配工作，执行工作规程规章；

协调车间各项工作进度，按生产进度安排车间流水线工作进度；

解决工人操作过程中的问题；

提出改进工艺流程、生产设备、生产环境等方面的建议；

完成上级分配的其他任务。

任职资格:
教育背景:
◆工程或理工类相关专业本科以上学历。
培训经历:
◆受过生产作业管理、生产维护、产品知识等方面的培训。
经 验:
◆3-5年以上车间工作管理经验。
技能技巧:
◆熟悉车间各项工作流程及操作；
◆掌握生产作业管理知识技能；
◆熟练操作办公软件；

◆良好的英文口头及书写能力

态度:
◆责任感强、工作自主，有较强的人际沟通能力；
◆有较强的管理能力，富有团队合作精神。
