Invensys Controls designs, engineers and manufactures products, components, systems and services used in appliances, heating, air conditioning/cooling and refrigeration products across a wide range of industries in residential and commercial markets.



We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our organization in Shanghai, China.



JOB SUMMARY:

Analyze and identify new segment business opportunities based on market intelligence collected
Establish and implement entry plan for new segment
Be responsible for sales quota and profit margin of new segment business, drive profitable growth


ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Investigate new segment opportunities (eg. Eliwell, RS Industries etc.) to understand opportunity size, competition, technology and attractiveness. Establish new segment entry plan
Execute new segment entry plan Build up relationship with key OEM customers and establish effective sales channels.
Own sales, profit and collection target. Pursue and win business to meet target
Conduct sales promotion and provid technical support to OEMS and channels, manage channel conflict
Identify NPI/PPE opportunities, Work with product marketing, engineering and operation team to customise product offer and fit local market needs
QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years sales and marketing experience in commercial refrigeration or OEM sales business. Have good business sense to interface customers and identify their requirement/needs
Strong analytical and negotiation skill. Ability to pursue and win business
Have both OEM and channel sales experience. Knowledge of channel management
Ability to interface and win support from key internal constituent including Product Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Manufacturing
