Quality Management

The Quality Management plays an essential part within Infineons striving for Zero-Defect. It ensures the quality of our products and services. Therefore it conducts continuous procedural improvements to increase customer and people satisfaction. Thus it contributes actively to the business results. Tasks include: Efficient implementation and operation of the Infineon quality management system, analysis of customer requirements so that business processes can be improved continuously and the execution of preventive quality management methods to reduce failure costs.

In your new role you will:

• Responsible for In-process Quality Control and drive quality towards zero defect target.
• Initiate self-assessment/audit to identify area for improvement and follow up action items until full implementation.
• Handle deviation product and address root cause with team.
• Review document to ensure relevant quality/process specification, control plan are up to date.
• Support on new product/material/machine buy-off, qualification and safe launch.
• Support on Zero Defect program or other plant wide improvement programs.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor degree or above, majored in Engineering or Science.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in process engineering or quality control of semiconductor filed.
• Familiar with TS16949 and quality tools like 8D,SPC,FMEA,etc.
• Good team work spirit and high liability.
• Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
