Job Description



The objectives of this role are to assist provide high quality, cost effective
Project Management Control, Monitoring and Reporting. Further objectives
include the analysis of business and technical requirements to identify the
most appropriate solutions, and manage associated focus teams to fulfill those
needs. This role involves a high level of interaction with users and other
members.

Additional objectives include the efficient and effective implementation of all
tasks managed within the Asia Pacific teams and the global teams.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage teams within Asia Pacific that liaise with
  business units in Headquarter to collate functional requirements
• Manage teams to ensure timely deployment of
  specific functional architectures
• Run all meetings per Project Communications Plan
• Report the status and issues associated with each
  project on a regular basis per the Project Communications Plan
• Develop and maintain project plans and costing
  plans
• Co-ordinate resources and materials
• Create and manage Implementation Process,
  including all aspects of migrating servers into a data center space
• Review the process of testing new and migrated
  applications for user acceptance, before they are rolled out onto local
  and wide area networks
• Develop testing procedures and oversee laboratory
  tests within project remit
• Co-ordinate and work with other internal and
  external groups to ensure the project is managed and implemented
  effectively

Required Skills



The jobholder must have strong skills in project management, planning,
organizing and analyzing possible solutions. Specifically the jobholder must
have strong background on server migration to the cloud.



The jobholder must fluent in English and Mandarin.

The jobholder must be skilled in fault finding and analysis for the
technologies mentioned above. They would also need good communication skills to
deal successfully with stakeholders and local vendors.

Essential:

The jobholder should be a strong generic project manager, with a minimum of 6 years
relevant experience.

They will need a broad skillset, coupled with the confidence and technical
ability to consult at many levels. Specifically the experience should cover the
following areas:

• Specific experience with office/data center
  relocation projects
• Team leading and project management
• Proven experience in running complex projects with
  respect to IT systems deployment
• Familiarity with Project Reporting structures and
  controls
• Supervisory experience
• Good working vendor relationships
