We are looking for an experienced Windows Server expert to response for all regional Windows server project management, new business technology application design and implementation and 3rd level escalation support of server issues.
EIRE Systems is looking for a Subject Matter Expert in Windows Servers for one of our top Financial Services clients in China. You will be responsible for regional Windows Server project management. You will work with the global team for the new business technology application design/implementation and 3rd level server support. You will gain a good chance to work on regional projects with global standards and provide the best practices to the market.
The key responsibilities are required as below.
Work with global teams to outline and incorporate any local variations and requirements
Responsible for both technical project coordination and implementation engineer on the legacy technology refresh projects
Evaluate servers within scope of the Bank's legacy hardware standards and work with the respective application support
Wide-ranging technologies will be gained from this role. Have good initiative and capable of working both independently and with a team. You should be analytical, proactive and work well with a team. Strong English communication skills are essential. Knowledge of MS project, Virtualization, SharePoint, Web Services is required.
The key requirements will be as below.
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) Windows
2003 or better, PMP a plus
At least 5 years expert level experience in Windows
Server administration, design and support under a Windows environment
At least 3 years experience with technical project management
Focus on areas such as datacenter consolidations and relocations a plus
Must have solid understanding of modern Window server hardware concepts and knowledge of HP and IBM server hardware
Experience with Microsoft Clustering, Terminal Services, Citrix, Web Services & VMware ESX server TCP/IP, including Active Directory integrated DNS, DFS and WINS PMP or MCSE holder
Strong on communication skill
