职位描述：
岗位职责：
早教中心：
1）协助公司总部市场营销专员及直接主管进行门店品牌形象管理；
2）策划并实施各类学员活动或促销活动，制定活动预算，并进行活动效果的评估与反馈；
3）协助公司总部市场营销专员及直接主管运营微信平台等网络平台，开发多平台的市场宣传活动；
4）负责门店内各类阶段性活动宣传资料的设计与文案撰写；
5）通过多种渠道搜集潜在客户信息，并针对企业品牌进行宣传营销；
6）对同业伙伴行业规模、教学特色、宣传手段、近期动态等进行调查，对资料内容进行评估，研究出相应对策并提交报告；
7）完成其他与中心经营相关的市场宣传工作。

任职要求：
1 大专以上学历，市场营销、广告策划、新媒体运营等相关专业优先；
2 具有敏锐的市场分析能力，良好的文案撰写能力、较强的沟通谈判能力和活动策划能力；
3 具有良好的人际交往能力、较强的组织协调能力与团队协作意识；
4 熟练相关设计软件的使用，及互联网营销知识；
5 热爱早教行业，对工作有热情、有爱心和责任心。
