Chapin House is a young, but fast growing Furniture Sales, sourcing and Interior Design company. We have a 1,500 sqm warehouse that is our showroom/store in Pudong where the company is located. We sell and rent furniture to foreign individuals and large corporations.

The company is run by Americans so your English skills will be used every day. Great opportunity to improve your English but you must already have a very good level of written and spoken English.

Position description:

1.Implement E-bank payment&notify purchase department;

2.Issue sales invoices according to sales department requirement;

3.Sales&cost invoice sort out&data statistics before month-ending-closing;

4.Invoice purchase&monthly tax report in tax office;

5.Financial documents filing;

6.Other hoc task assigned by leadership.


Position requirement:

1.Good English both in oral&written;

2.Good implement ability;

3.Honest,responsible,careful,diligent,aggressive,adaptable;

4.1-2 years working experience.
