Responsibilities:

?Update and execute all-aspect human resource management policies according to company's development need
?Plan and carry out recruitment activities at all levels including candidate attraction, candidate search, candidate selection, coordination with hiring manager and on boarding procedures to fill vacant positions for prompt and effective staffing as required by company business needs
?Prepare competitive compensation and benefit policies in accordance with company's actual situation to ensure staff is encouraged, retained, developed and willing to improve their performance continuously
?Maintain a systematic and up-to-date human resource information system
?Coordinate and complete monthly pay-roll duties in line with regulations and company needs
?Implement policies and initiatives under the guideline of the group and in compliance with local labor law
?Complete other HR and Administrative duties as advised

Requirements:
?Bachelor degree or higher
?At least 6-8 years work experience in HR related roles ideally in a MNC
?An excellent understanding of local labor laws & regulations
?Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
?Excellent people management skills
?Knowledge or HR systems, C&B, training and development
?Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
