Purpose and Summary of the position:
This position is to develop, implement and improve Talent Management related processes and programs (performance management, training and development, trainee and coaching programs, employee on-boarding, new manager assimillation, technical hierarchy, on-line learning system, etc.) to support business development in the region.

Work closely with HR team to support/meet business needs in Asia:
-- Collect and identify talent management needs.
-- Choose or develop appropriate TM tools.
-- Implement appropriate TM processes and programs in commercial sites.
-- Continuously improve TM programs and processes.
-- Design and conduct basic professional and leadership training for employees.
-- Recommend TM market best practice to the company.
-- Support the selection of external specialized vendors according to company vendor management strategy and processes.     

Required Knowledge/Skills:
-- 10+ years HR working experience with >5 years experience in managing talent management (training and development) projects and programs
-- Well organized and logical thinking
-- Good presentation skill and strong analytical skills
-- Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
-- Fluent in English and Chinese
-- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
-- Problem solving skills
-- Creativity/innovation
-- Solid project management skills
-- Understanding of talent development trends and dynamics, particularly within the chemicals industry
