Job Description:

As a project manager your tasks include:

-Daily application work in the savoury application lab which you will head and manage on your own

-Daily project management to deliver application on time

-Testing and sampling of flavours in various savoury and culinary products

-Pro-active creative developments and concepts

-Testing of new raw materials

-Visits to key customers together with sales for customer support

-Operation and preventive maintenance of the equipment in the application lab

The applicant should possess the following qualifications:

-BS degree or college diploma in Food Technology or a related discipline

-Minimum 5-8 years experience in savoury product development and savoury flavour application

-Familiar with use of laboratory equipment and machinery

-Good sense of taste and smell, willingness to take part in sensory evaluations

-Ability to use Microsoft Access and MS Excel (MS-Office) for data entry and manipulation

-Ability to follow all safety rules and policies and promote a clean and safe workplace

-Ability to work in team environment and independently when required

-English communication skills are a must
