本职务是负责Trafigura Group China Scrap Business Units 三个子公司/料场(江苏太仓/宁波镇海/广东清远)的营运管理。

Main purpose of Job:
Responsible for all administration, warehouse and installation activities of scrap yard. Ensures a high level of profitability, overall customer service/satisfaction, adequate staffing levels, training, internal and external growth, and maximization of asset utilization, in order to achieve company goals People Management
Responsibility:
Manage the yard operations (yard operations supervisors)
Typical Key Responsibilities:
Operation Management
· Team builder and plans, organizes, staffs, directs and ensures the efficient operation of all office and warehouse activities
· Drive efficiency & expense improvement, product inventory, contract processing, staffing, training, performance management, development, compliance, quality, and best in class customer experience.
· In charge of yard operations (including safety and security) in both Ningbo,Taicang and Qingyuan.
· Lead, direct and manage a high-volume logistics/supply chain operation to ensure that the staff executes on delivering consistent high quality level service and customer satisfaction; and achieves a profitable, cost efficient operations in compliance with company policies and procedures, ISO standards
· Maximize profitability through superior customer service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending customer matters.
· Selection, professional development, motivation and creation of a team environment.
· Oversees hiring, training and recruiting needs
· Travels to local service centers and attend company meetings, as required.
Experience /Knowledge /Skills :
· 5-10 years experience in senior management position with a strong experience in logistics /trading operation.
· Experience developing and managing budgets.
· Proven history of successfully managing multiple, conflicting priorities and deadlines
· Ability to effectively respond to and interact with staff at all levels of the organization
· Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
· Flexible, innovative and the ability to manage staff, responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment
· Proficient in project management methodologies with a focus on developing solution driven strategy plans to achieve goals, implementing business requirements analysis and testing processes, and identifying timeline constraints, and risks.

Key relationships:
Establish a good relationship with Ecore Fe and NF management.
