Main Responsibilities:
1. Receives, coordinates and monitors all customer orders from placement until final delivery, and maintain the good relations with international customers.
2.Arrange the shipment according to delivery confirmation. Coordinate with planning, purchasing, logistics & quality to make sure the on-time delivery & on-quality delivery to the customers.
3.Communication / feedback to customers concerning product availability and shipping details.
4.Customer Service process owner and drive continuous improvement.
5.Customer Service capability owner and drive customer service team capability building.
Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree,
2.5 years above working experience , at least 2 years team leader experience.
3.Strong interpersonal communication skills.
4.Quick learner and take initiative to drive change and improvement.
5.Logic thinking and strong data analytic capability.
