资深软装设计师/装饰师

李肇勋国际室内设计顾问集团上海公司招聘一名资深软装设计师/装饰师，擅长酒店和住宅类项目。

主要工作内容：

与设计总监和设计经理合作完成所有指定项目的整体软装设计概念和风格。

管理，指导和领导软装部；机智应变能力强，自信。

负责开发、监督和制作必要的报价，时间表和材料参考表；核准材料的颜色，成品按要求的规格放进材料表(取决于项目的规模)，以期完成设计/装饰的目的和确保设计/装饰目的得到维护。

负责制作指定项目软装和装饰的预算。

负责向业主介绍软装设计；

负责和业主/顾问/供应商沟通所有有关软装和装饰事宜；

负责软装的进场，安装；

及时和定期更新材料报价。

执行以上所有职责，控制团队工作进度与项目进度相符。

要求：

1. 中英文沟通能力强；

2. 优秀的演示机能；

3. 熟练使用SPEXX, ACAD, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent), Microsoft Office;

4. 熟悉了解传统的和现代的材料风格，家具、饰品和艺术品以及建筑材料和其在项目中的应用；

5. 有激情和了解全球设计趋势和材料供应；

6. 至少8年以上室内装饰工作经验（谈判，取决工作经验）；

7. 熟悉高端软装的采购和完成大、小项目；

8. 熟悉和理解软装项目的成本和预算控制；

9. 较强的组织，人员管理和时间管理技能。

Steven Leach Group was established in 1972 and we have 10 offices in 9 countries with a reputation of being one of the leading international design firms in Asia. Our Shanghai office is fast growing and is looking for potential team members who are keen to develop their career with an expressive design environment. This office provides professional design services to a variety of clients in the hospitality and high-end residential projects.

SENIOR FF&E DESIGNER / DECORATOR

We have a vacancy for a Senior FF&E Designer / Decorator to join us in working on exciting hospitality & residential projects. The position will be based in our Shanghai office.

Key Responsibilities :

Coordinate and work with the Design Director and Design Manager in the development of overall design concepts and intents for all assigned projects;

Manage, mentor and lead FF&E Design team; develop the resourcefulness, curiosity and confidence in their role.

Develop, oversee and produce necessary specifications, schedules and material references; approved colours, finishes, materials required into a spec book on various scales (depending on project size) to implement the design/decorating intent and to ensure that design/decorating intent is maintained;

Develop FF&E and decoration budgets required for the assigned projects;

Present to Client FF&E design and Decoration presentation;

Communicate with client/consultants/vendors on all FF&E and decoration matters;

In-charge of FF&E and Decoration installations.

Be informative & regularly updated on various FF&E supplies and materials relative to design/decoration purposes & budgets;

Carry out all above responsibilities by best controlling the timeliness of the team and necessary documentation to meet with the project(s) progress schedules.

Requirements :

1. Good command of Mandarin & English;
2. Excellent presentation skills;
3. Proficient in SPEXX, ACAD, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent), Microsoft Office;
4. Familiarity and knowledge of both traditional and contemporary style of interior materials, furnishings, accessories and art work as well as architectural materials and its application in design projects;
5. Passionate & Aware of global design trends and FF&E supplies;
6. At least 8 years working experience in interior decoration (Negotiable, depends on work experience)
7. Strong knowledge in sourcing for high-end FF&E and finishes on large & small projects
8. Familiarity and comprehension of working on FF&E project cost and budget control.
9. Strong organizational, people management and time management skills
