高级平面设计师


国际室内设计事务所正在招募一名有实力和创新精神的高级平面设计师以支持组织的业务目标。候选设计师需具有较强的领悟力和想象力，善于沟通。



该职位需要与项目团队成员密切合作，如室内设计师、3D制图师、摄影师和行政人员。您也需要直接面对客户。



要求：


在平面设计领域至少拥有5年工作经验
持有平面设计文凭/学位
熟知项目交付内容并有能力承担相应责任
能够有效应对各种复杂程度的多个项目/任务，根据要求按时完成任务，能够承受工作压力
能够独立处理客户的战略性事项，有能力应对相对复杂的项目


艺术敏感性、创意才华、独创性和强烈的视觉感——了解色彩和构图等设计要素，此点至为关键。


扎实的技术和计算机技能——要求掌握photoshop、in-design、illustrator和其他具体的平面设计软件使用技能。


沟通能力和自信心——采用口头和视觉形式向客户和同事有效陈述和说明想法。能够向客户推介您的想法并与其合作共同实现最终产品。



组织性——平面设计师需要条理清晰，充分理解客户的需求，使设计达到预期效果。



解决问题的能力——选择适用的字体、色彩和线条制作和谐的构图同时传达其意思是一项复杂的工作。平面设计师工作，需要具备扎实的问题解决技能并勇于接受挑战。

This office provides professional services to a variety of clients in the hospitality and high-end residential projects.


Senior Graphics Designer – base in Shanghai


An international interior design firm is looking for a competent & creative Senior Graphics Designer that supports organizational business goals. The candidate will need to be bright, imaginative, and a capable designer with strong communication skills specifically seeking a smaller environment to work with.


This position will have to work closely with other colleagues involved in projects, such as interior designers, 3D illustrators, photographers and administrative staff. You may also work directly with clients.


Requirements :


At least 8 year working experience in Graphics designing
Diploma / Degree in Graphics Design
Solid understanding of project deliverables, and the ability to take responsibility for them
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
Ability to work independently on strategic issues with client, capable of managing fairly complex projects



Artistic sensibility, creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense – Knowledge about design elements such as colour and composition is vital.


Strong technical & computer skills – Requires the skills of photoshop, in-design, illustrator and other specific Graphics Design software.


Communication Ability & Confidence – to effective present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues both verbally and visually. You will need to be able to sell your ideas to Clients and work with them to achieve the end product.


Organization – Graphic designers need to be organized in order to meet deadlines and stay within a budget.


Problem Solving Ability – Choosing just the right fonts, colors and lines to create a balanced composition, while simultaneously conveying meaning, is complicated. In order to succeed in a graphic design job, you'll need to have strong problem solving skills and love a good challenge.
