工作描述：
？ 按规定做好原料和产品进出库的验收、记录和发放、搬运工作。
？ 做到库存数据准确，随时掌握库存状态，保证产品及时供应，充分发挥周转效率。
？ 完成日常的订单处理，能熟练的打包，配货，发货。
？ 定期对库房进行清理，保持库房的整齐。
？ 熟悉相应产品品名，规格，填写分明。
？ 做好库房的安全管理工作。
？ 完成其它上级交代的任务
？ 负责接收库存货物
？ 管理和维护公司库房的库存材料和库存产品
？ 管理和控制永久存货计数/库存精度检查
？ 确保送入的产品被签收，根据公司的程序做妥善管理
？ 确保任何材料的跟进。
？ 确保分包过程收到供应商的回复，以确保不会延迟交付情况。
？ 提供日常管理信息-库存的性能
？ 监测和评估耗材使用情况及费用
？ 监测和评估材料利用率及废料
？ 编写和维护所有主要的库存准确的书面程序,控制流程和功能。
？ 负责管理和运行计划的库存需要
？ 执行循环库存检查
？ 检查并调整车间数据采集数据
？ 确保工作订单是正确的，全面完成所有库存被分配到正确的工作中。
？ 确保库存管理系统的完整性和准确性
？ 每日生产报告，以确保关键的关键领域的库存控制和处理
？ 管理控制措施，以避免错误，不准确。

任职要求：

？ 高中以上学历，年龄40周岁以下，男，身体健康，有相关行业工作经验者优先。
？ 为人正直，有责任感，工作认真仔细，能吃苦耐劳，有团队协作精神。
？ 熟悉仓库工作流程

？ According with the provision, to ensure the acceptance of raw materials and products in and out, recording and distribution, and movement activities.
？ To achieve accurate inventory data, and keep track of inventory to ensure timely supply of products, and give full play to the working efficiency.
？ Complete day-to-day order processing, skilled packaging, picking, shipping.
？ Keep and maintain the stock room cleaning.
？ Familiar with the appropriate product name, size, and fill distinct.
？ Do a good job of stock room security management
？ Fulfillment of the mandate of other higher level of accountability
？ Responsible for receiving inventory inspection
？ Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product
？ inventory including stock profiles and stock locations
？ Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory
？ accuracy checks
？ Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately
？ according to company procedure.
？ Ensure that any materials that are late or holding up production for
？ whatever reason are chased and followed up until received.
？ Ensure sub contract processes are received back and that suppliers
？ are chased to ensure no late delivery situation.
？ Provide routine management information on inventory performance
？ Monitor and evaluate consumables usage & costs
？ Monitor & evaluate material utilization and scrap
？ Write and maintain accurate written procedures for all main inventory
？ control processes and functions.
？ Be responsible for managing and running planned stock takes.
？ Perform cyclic stock checks
？ Check and adjust shop floor data collection data
？ Ensure works orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock
？ has been allocated to the job correctly.
？ Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system
？ Produce daily reports to ensure key critical areas of the stock system
？ are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved.
？ Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and
？ discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
？ High school education, age below 40 years of age, male, good health and have relevant industry experience is preferred
？ Honest, responsible, work carefully, hard working, team work.
？ Familiar with the warehouse workflow

Reporting:
Supply Chain Manager, Purchaser, GM, Operations Manager, Production Manager

Qualifications:
？ Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative
？ and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to
？ detail and quality.
？ Possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt.
？ Experience of lean manufacture, kanban and kaizen continuous improvement
？ or similar production tools within a low volume, high quality manufacturing facility would be an advantage.
？ They must report shortages, overages and all inventory levels monthly for replenishment.
