Primary Responsibilities
1. Assists Project Managers with project administration
2. Assists Project Managers in maintaining, reviewing and communicating project progress
3. Ensures the development and adherence to project timelines as they relate to therapeutic processes
4. Maintains client (internal and external) satisfaction
5. Maintains Quality Service and Departmental Standards

Secondary Responsibilities
1. Contributes to team effort
2. Maintains Technical Knowledge

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in medical or bioscience related;
1-2 years’ experience in CRO or related;
Fluent in Chinese and English;
Skillful in MS office (Word, Excel and PPT etc.)
Ability to work independently in a group setting; ability to adjust to changing priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong documentation and organizational skills
