Position Objective:
Work closely with Business department & Application service department to analyze business requirement with appropritate system solution to meet the objective of business needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Act as the first business analyst in CIT to work out appropritate system solution for business needs(30%)
2.Prepare qualified function specification and system test plan(20%)
3.Lead the project UR analysis and coordinate the cross system enhancement solution(30%)
4.Take as coordinator to assist PM for project management & project communication(10%)
5. Assist BA manager to monitor BA task on schedule(10%)
Job Requirements:
1.University graduate or above with 5+ years experience in IT requirement analysis, perfectly in Insurance
2. At least 1+ years project management experience
3. Insurance business knowledge, FLMI is plus.
4. Proficient presentation and communication skill in Mandarin
5. Proative and creative in Insurance industry
6. Fluent English in both written and oral
