职位描述
RESPONSABILITIES:
Be responsible for creating and delivering sales strategy for Novomania in the Chinese market,to include Hong Kong based brands and estate.
Developing strategy ,tactics,sales plans and profit targets.
Play a fundamental role in developing future growth, and prvide vision , direction and leadership Search, cold call, visit and sign clients to Novomania
Writing proposal for new business; participate and presentation sessions when assigned
Deliver sales by developing relationships with brands and real estate partners.
Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in the responsible markets/maximize new business development opportunities.
Taking responsibility for the Chinese and Hong Kong markets P&L
Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
Provide direction to the Sales division
JOB REQUIREMWNTS:
1.Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing related field from a reputable University.
2.At least 5 years as a sales or leasing manager role within the commercial real estate ,exhibition
3.Develop sales strategies , tactics and techniques based on feedback of the customer and marketing environment.Focus selling message on needs of the exhibition.
4.Able to manage effectively a cross-functional agents team. Experience in developing sales strategies and performance metrics.
5.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin(Cantonese is a plus).
Business level of English.
6.Leadership ability , entrepreneueial attitude and a good team player.
7.Windows Platform user:Advanced user for Excel , Word and Power Point.
8.Strong training and presentation skills.Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
9.Able to work under pressure and close deadlines.
10.In-depth knowledge of the fashion industry(background in commercial real estate leasing is a plus)
