Sales Representative / Executive, Commercial Printing Segment

Overall Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for sales and business development of commercial printing products, including Prepress plate, CTP and digital printing system.

Key areas of responsibilities:
· Develop customer needs and provide Kodak solution to ensure company applications are partnered with customer's business.
· Achieve sales goals in terms of revenue, margin, profit and product mix.
· Manage and work with distributors and business partners on channel management, market penetration and sales achievement.
· Track product performance on the market. Assess competition and provide feedback on market intelligence.

Job requirements:
· University graduate
· At least 2-3 years relevant experience in commercial printing or relevant field
· Strong self-driven; eager to achieve results, strong sense of responsibility and discipline
· Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to adapt to a changing environment and work well under pressure
· Effective communication and presentation capability
· Good English language capability
