Job Responsibilities:

1.To manage the daily operation activities in handling Trade relating Transfer. Check and authorize trade documents/transactions in accordance with the limits granted.
2.Identify problems during work processes and offer suggestions for process improvement.\Meet the business goals as set for the unit.
3.Maintain constant good work relationship with fellow workers as well as internal customer segments.
4.Ensure and maintain good teamwork within the team.
5.Comply with statutory rules and compliance with external and internal policies and guidelines.
6.Investigate customer complaint and provide solution.

Job Requirements:

1.Diploma or Degree holder in banking & finance or a business discipline.
2.At least 8 years of experience in Trade Operations (Letter of Credit. Collection, Bank Guarantee) and At least 3 years basic management experience at equal position or above
3.Capable of meeting SLA/ tight deadlines.
4.Perform with proficiency in problem solving, teamwork, planning and organizing.
