Main responsibilities
Reporting to Studio and Art Director, you will be participate in the development and maintenance of our creative team to ensure smooth production of the visuals for brand banners and the related application (back office, freelance staffs, part time staffs). Help the Studio to improve in speed and quality by fine tuning the process. The detailed job functions include the below:
? Develop the Project Management system for the production process
? Document the Project Management process for production, and improve company's process management platform and the relevant policy.
? Review and revise company's existing management and production process
? Control the key point of each department's production management process, and develop the corresponding process control procedures
? Monitor company's production operation status and conduct periodically analysis and evaluation for the operations result. Collect, organize and analyze company's operations data, coordinate and communicate with Marketing and Merchandising teams for a better production time fame and recommend to the Senior Management team.
? Organize and implement periodically the production process optimization for each department (Pre-production - Production - Post-production)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. Strong organization, planning and communication skill;
3. Detail-oriented, able to follow up;
4. 2 years related working experiences;
5. Familiar with project management software and APPLE office software;
6. Fluent in English.
