职位描述：
1、负责幕墙项目现场的总体管理工作，协调业主、监理单位管理要求，保证工程按时保质完成；
2、负责对施工现场的监控和指导，协调和解决施工过程中的突发事件和所有问题；
3、全面负责现场的安全，制定安全制度和措施，保护公司财产完好不受损失，保证员工人身财产安全；
4、负责幕墙项目工程施工期间的各种费用的管理，控制成本费用；
5、编制施工组织设计、质量计划及总体计划。
职位要求：
1、大专以上学历，工民建或工程结构等相关专业；
2、3-5年以上幕墙现场施工管理经验，熟悉招投标工作流程，能够有效审核图纸，及技术方案；
3、熟悉幕墙施工工艺和项目管理流程，对工程的安全、质量、成本、进度有全面的掌握能力，熟悉工程验收规范及相关法律法规；
4、责任心强、工作细致、能吃苦耐劳，具有很强的协调能力、执行力、应变能力以及团队管理能力；
5、熟练掌握CAD绘图及给类相关软件；
6、有建造师证者优先考虑；
