Excellent sales opportunity to work on Taikang Road in the famous Tianzifang area! Enjoy working in a professional retail environment where you can learn about wine, help conduct wine tastings while driving Showroom promotions and sales. Hardworking, honest, and serious-minded candidates need apply. Sales and wine experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

*Provide exceptional customer service.
提供优质的客户服务。
*Gain strong knowledge of wines from around the world, particularly brands offered in showroom
具备一定的世界各地葡萄酒基础知识,尤其是展厅提供的产品。
*Increase and track sales and “bottom-line” profits of the store.
增加及跟进销售和明白店内的利润“底线”。
*Maintain, encourage and possess “ownership mentality”.
建立自己的主人翁意识。
*Develop and implement improvement plans.
制定和实施改善计划。
*Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.
确定最佳的解决方案,解决客户的问题或投诉。
*Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards.
确保展厅的外表达到公司的标准
*Communicate, execute, and manage marketing and merchandising programs.
沟通,执行,管理营销和销售计划。
*Maintain adequate store supplies.
保持足够的库存供应。
*Manage store revenue, including cash handling, delivery of deposits to bank or to necessary persons.
管理店内收入,包括现金的处理,交付定金给银行或者必要的人。
*Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative
duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
管理所有店内业务问题,包括店内日常行政,库存及价格变动等等。
*Prepare daily inventory logs and route sheets for review by the Executives.
准备每天给公司发送详细的库存记录以及的日常报表。
*Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up.
确保所有订单得到妥善记录及发送。

*Retail experience will be welcomed and is preferred.

*Love of wine and the passion to learn more with the desire to pass that wine knowledge to others.

*Good merchandising skills and a flair for conceiving and implementing creative merchandising themes.

*Strong operations experience in receiving, stock and inventory as well as front-end management and office management.
具备良好的接待,库存管理以及办公室管理经验。
*Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

*Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

*The ability to provide "a step above" level of customer service.

*An outgoing demeanor, with a sales-oriented personality.

*A detail-oriented personality with a strong sense of cleanliness for keeping the showroom clean and presentable at all times.

*Experience or desire to assume a marketing role such as collecting customer contact information for a wine club, managing an email marketing database, sending out marketing emails, and even developing marketing material and promotions.
有经验或者希望担任营销角色,如收集红酒俱乐部的客户联系资料,管理电子邮件营销数据库,发送电子邮件营销方案,甚至开发营销材料及优惠活动。
*Basic English language ability is preferred.
