Major Responsibilities
-Handle GL/AA accounting improvement project, initiate local requirement and responsible for global enabler implementation;
-Co-ordinate and take leadership on LE driven project.
-Influencing LE Business Driven projects to ensure adequate integration with TSC operations, delivering a smooth transition of TSC services within the new business model.
-Update GA and AA SOP and Handbook after project launched or process changed. And deliver the corresponding knowledge to team members.
-Perform Internal Control System (ICS) control and risk assessment and ICS documents update and harmonization.
-Meet the customer satisfaction, build up good relationship with customers (LE FA etc). Cooperate with other department colleagues in daily work, auditing, reporting etc.
-Strong support to GL and AA SSC team at peak time.

Education, Qualifications and Skills:
-College or above, major in accounting, finance or related profession
-3-4 years accounting working experience, experience with GL,AA or project function is a plus, have accounting certificate
-Familiar with MS office, experience with ERP Accounting Software is required, SAP is a plus
-Good English at writing, reading, listening and speaking
-Strong team work spirits, self-motivate and detail oriented
-Strong problem solving skills
-Good communication and inter-personal skills
-Be proactive, positive, efficient & effective, desire to learn
