职位描述：
Job Description：
1. Maintain and continual improve metrology system effectiveness – calibration, MSA, LTS.
2. Ensure every new IMTE completed calibration and MSA (if required) before release for use.
3. Ensure IMTE routine calibration performed properly on schedule.
4. Ensure MSA performed properly on schedule.
5. Ensure LTS performed properly on schedule.
6. Conduct internal calibration for defined IMTE.
7. Design and deliver metrology related training.
8. Design and maintain internal calibration people certification test database.
9. Conduct new clean room environment buyoff.
10. Conduct routine environment monitoring to ensure under control; trigger and follow up owners for actions if any OOC/ OOS found.
11. Present to customer to explain our metrology and environment monitoring system.
Competency Definition：
1. IMTE Calibration, verification certification.
2. Understand ISO17025 requirements and can apply them during work.
3. Very familiar with ISO14644 Clean rooms and associated controlled Environments.
4. Know very well about MSA.
5. Good English level – reading, written, listen and speaking.
6. Good presentation skill.
7. Mutual communication skill.
8. System & logical thinking.
9. QC 7 tools.
10. Fair knowledge of IC bumping, wafer sort, assembly and test processes.
11. Some statistical knowledge and able to understand and explain all data in calibration report. 举报 分享
