职位描述：
1. 收集、筛选信息和数据，起草、翻译文件、日常信件、报告、通知和汇报。
Gather, sift information and data, craft and translate the files, daily letters, lectures, notices and reports.
2. 参与公司重要会议和活动的组织工作，如果有必要，翻译和做会议纪要。
Take part in the organization of company important meetings and activities, if necessary, translate and take minutes of meetings.
3. 参与礼品的选购，负责礼品的登记、保管和发放。
Join to select and purchase the presents, take charge of registering, keeping and release the presents.
4. 负责合同的备案和留档，文件和记录的保管。
Take charge of recording and keeping files of the contracts, keeping the documents and records.
5. 协助管理层做好与部门的协调工作，跟踪重要事项的进展。
Support the management to coordinate with the other departments, track the process of important events.
6. 为总经理安排日程和行程。
Arrange the schedule for general manager.

2 years working experience as a secretary/translator
大学本科
Bachelor
良好的英语写作和表达能力
Strong English writing and speaking ability
