Job duties:




Adminstration Assistant to the Office:

Handle travel arrangement (hotel, air ticket and transportation) for the office

Assist the Brand Manager in routine work.

Assist in the buying and merchandising function to optimize business volume

Assist in prepare wholesales orders and conduct regular report.

Assist to monitor franchisees and wholesale customers.




Adminstration Assistant to DMS Stores:

Assist the Brand Manager for store operations, personnel and administration work

Assist the stores for material request (e.g. label printing, accessories, VIP form, invoice..)

Internal and external communication

Prepare store memo and communicate with stores for updated information / business strategies

Some travel is requested.




Assistant to to General Manager’s Personal Assistant

Provide full range of personal, secretarial and administrative supports

Manage and able to prioritize the calendar of appointments and meetings

Coordinate meetings and events with external parties

Assist in business related matters and other ad-hoc projects

Other tasks and duties as assigned by management




Job requirement:

At least 2-3 years experience in retail/sales administration preferably in fashion label

Tertiary educated with good command of written English

Excellent Excel skill and PC knowledge

Able to work under pressure, multi-tasked and independently

Well organized, and good inter-personal skill 举报 分享
