Job Summary & Objectives

Provide administrative support in recruitment, Training and partial staffing implementation and administration for shop staff as an effective HR team member to support retail shop to achieve business goals.
协助进行零售店铺的招聘、培训以及日常人员管理工作，提供专业高效的人力资源支持，以促进业务目标的达成

Main Duties

Recruitment:

?Assist in shop staff recruitment process, including interview arrangement, reference check, new staff employment procedure and etc.
协助零售店铺员工招聘工作，如面试安排、背景调查、入职流程等等
?Update and maintain the recruitment database and analysis
招聘数据的维护与分析
?Update the recruitment advertisement in website, agency, Labor Bureau and etc. on a daily base
各招聘渠道的日常跟进与维护
?Preparation for new shop staff orientation
新入职员工培训资料的准备

Training:

?Assist to conduct the general training programs
协助进行各项培训课程的组织与安排
?Keeping and updating training records and course evaluation
培训记录和评估的维护与更新
?Assist in “Mystery Shopper” program
协助进行“神秘顾客访店”项目
?Provide support in annual team building, contest, and other activities
协助公司年度拓展、竞赛以及其他各类活动的组织安排

Administration:

?Manage staff employment and exit process
员工录用和退工手续的办理
?Documentations and file management for shop staff
建立和维护零售店铺员工的个人档案
?Update and maintain the employee information in HRP
在HRP系统中进行零售店铺员工个人信息的日常维护
?Monthly HR report preparation and analysis
每月相关人事报表的准备与分析

Knowledge & skill:

?Excellent computer skills in MS Office, and familiar with HR information system
计算机操作熟练，熟悉人事管理系统的运作
?Good command of English
英语良好
?Basic Knowledge of Chinese Labor Laws and Regulations
了解相关劳动法律法规

Education, qualification & special training:

?Bachelor degree or above
本科以上学历

Experience:

?More than 1 year working experience in HR functions
1年以上人力资源方面的工作经验 (或应届毕业生）

Other requirements:

?Positive and proactive, pay attention to details, fast learner, and with high sense of responsibility
