Responsibilities:

-Handle general accounting and organize period/yearly closing

-Provide 100% accurate PBC report

-Perform periodic balance review and take actions to solve the outstanding issues

-Set-up internal control of finance department and yearly review ICSA to continuously improve the efficiency and effective

-Optimize accounting processes according to internal control/CFI/ICBP/ICSA

-Weekly check outstanding invoice list and supervise the discrepancies to AP accountants

-Prepare quarterly package and yearly closing package report and make sure 100% accuracy.

-Co-ordinate with PWC and other local accounting firm to finish the yearly audit work( PRC, foreign currency, government audit)

-Manager accounting file according to regulations of Finance Bureau and Accounting law

-Daily check A/P voucher

-Evaluate AP outsourcing service and make improvement.

-Set-up back up system for AP-Material and AP miscellaneous expenses.

-Take charge of payment release and internal control AP part check list.

-Perform guest internal audit for Shanghai factory and other factories

-Assist Finance Controller with other tasks

Requirements:

-SAP Power User

-More than 5 years in AP/AR/GL experience and 2 years Supervisor experience in word class foreign company

-Good Communication and Problem Solving skill

-Good Internal Control Sense

-Fluent English
