职位描述
职责：
1. 根据公司的要求，开发新客户；
2. 制定销售计划，进行客户拜访；电话咨询业务的展开和目标达成；
3. 带领团队实现销售业绩的完成；
4. 协调公司内部资源，提高客户满意度。
要求：
1. 3年以上工作经验，专科以上学历；
2. 男女不限，性格外向，形象气质佳，热爱销售工作，阳光、激情，有朝气；
3. 普通话标准，良好的沟通能力，逻辑思维清晰，有团队精神；
4. 有一定的英语读写能力，口语流利；
5. 有清晰的职业生涯规划，目标明确，渴望成功；
6. 猎头公司BD经验者优先。
