Job targets & decision making

'Ensure the fulfillment of customer quality requirement, especially through
- Ensure the fulfillment of the valid quality standards (for example ISO/TS 16949, ISO 15504, IEC 61508 and all related customer requirment inclusive customer requirement t quality system) from acquisition phase to mass production readiness and during techical changemanagement.
- Minimize the production risk through ensurance of application of propoer quality tools (System-FMEA, APQP, etc.)
- Entitled to block the prodct and production machines and equipment before Review 5.

Responsibilities

'- Assist business unit during development phase concerning qulaity questions and tasks.
- Supplier management during development phase for components which are not assigned to STA organization, especially company intern supplier.
- Plan and carry out the quality ensurance activities. (Audits, Reviews, ...) in Doors and R-Plan and ensure a proper documenation.
- Generate and evaluate the quality data for quality reports and reviews.
- Discussion, optimization and release intern procedures.
- Manage the PPAP process (Product and Process) with customer through all related department.
- Analyze the customer specific quality requirements, intern publishment and implementation ensureance.
- Team member in Design-, Process- and Interface-FEMAs ( based on customer requirements), ensure the injection of lessens learnd in similar processes and products from the past.
- Co-work in the special release generation and validation checking of current special releases.
- Manage the APQP processes inclusive STA coordiantion.
- Complaint managment for prototype complaints in IBM-Change and DanTe system. Initiate the valid process and right customer communication intern and extern.
-Ensrue that customer oriented test concept and special test tooling are available. Generate that submit the VMPB (test sample test report) to customer.
- Generat the prototype control plan with the technical team and ensure the documentation in PLM.
- Take part in quality acceptance, PPAP production and launch up production. Generate related control and quality-reports.
- IMDS data base management.
Qualifications & Requirements

1. BSc or more, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or Automotive Engineering

2. Quality management experience, Auditor qualification preferred.
Quality management releated knowledge, for example, SPC, System-FEMA, D-FEMA, P-FMEA, Result and failure tree analysis, 8D, etc. Knowledge about Quality norms (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 15504 (SPICE), ISO 26262, IEC 61508, VDA, etc.

3. At least two years of project team work experience in automobile branch

4. Interculture Experience preferred

Presta Shanghai was registered on May 31st, 2011 with total investment of 33 million Euros. As Asia Pacific headquarter of ThyssenKrupp Presta Steering System, ThyssenKrupp Presta (Shanghai) is responsible for management of Presta business in Asia Pacific area. ThyssenKrupp Presta HuiZhong Shanghai Co., Ltd. (TK-PHS) is the joint venture of ThyssenKrupp Presta and Shanghai HuiZhong Automotive Manufacturing Co., Ltd. founded on November 13th, 2000 in Shanghai with the capability of first-class product design, process and quality management, as well as great personnel, financial and material resources.
Main customers are Shanghai-VW, FAW-VW, Ford Automotive, Mazda Japan, DPCA, SGM, BBAC, Nissan, BYD, SAIC, DFL, ZNA, Volvo and Shanghai HuiZhong Automotive with 2 million steering columns sales volume in 2011. TK-PHS is one of the largest steering column manufacturers in China with good reputation. ThyssenKrupp Presta Fawer (Changchun) Co., Ltd. (TK-PFC) is a joint venture company founded on October 11th, 2003 in Changchun. It is invested by ThyssenKrupp Presta and Steering Factory of Fawer Automotive Parts Company Ltd with 60% to 40% investment share. The Company mainly engages in product development, manufacturing and marketing of steering columns in China.
Main customers are FAW-VW, FAW Truck, FAW Car, Tianjing-Xiali, Beijing-Benz Daimler, Renault Samsung Motors, Great Wall Motor, and Beijing Automotive etc. The annual production capacity is 2.4 million pieces currently. The Company fully devotes into development of safe, reliable and high-performance steering columns by implement the advanced techniques and business strategy.
