Job Summary
The Dalian Delivery Excellence Group Manager will partner with capabilities to lead the delivery excellence, operational initiatives and other continuous improvement programs. He/she is responsible for continuously cultivating and evolving the continuous improvement culture and drive productivity/efficiency improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
? Work with capabilities to industrialize their core processes using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen (Continuous improvement) & BMPS (Business Process Management System) and by doing so deliver cost reduction, bring efficiencies, address compliance issues & improve client satisfaction
? Lead Process Entitlement Study to identify big impact efficiency improvement opportunities.
? Continuously redefine customer needs and seek for unidentified key customer satisfaction factors by keeping constant and first hand touch with key persons of various customer groups, and by being able to actively think for the customer
? Work with capabilities to analyze, redesign, and implement process to ensure services are continuously going to the next level, and in this process utilizing formal quality improvement methodologies where needed, such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean and BPMs etc.
? Lead the center’s operational excellence process, help function team to build up Visual Management System after transition and conduct regular OI assessment/calibration to help with operational maturity improvement
? Plan, communicate and implement quality improvement projects based on needs, global Operational Initiative, Delivery Excellence and other continuous improvement programs
? Design and conduct operational excellence and delivery excellence related training programs
? Ensure that improvements are followed up properly and become standard operation procedure
? Closely work with center automation team to identify, engage, define, implement the improvement opportunities by technical solutions.
? Work with functions to conduct internal audit for key process and tracking follow-up actions based on global c-QSAP program
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
? Knowledge of quality improvement theories, continuous improvement and general program management
? Excellent analytical skills
? Good leadership skills including ability to motivate and create commitment
? Excellent communication skills, presentation and negotiation/influencing skills
? Project Management skills
? Excellent communication skills
? High customer service orientation, and good analyzing and problem solving abilities
? Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and internal clients
? Highly Proficient both in spoken and written English
? Proficient in office application software (MS Office including Excel, Work, PPT, Access, MS project and Visio)
? Energetic and proactive attitude and demonstrated ability to set and meet objectives
? Knowledge of performance analysis, process mapping and process improvement tools and techniques
Qualifications
? Education: Undergraduate or above
? Work Experiences: 8+ years of quality experiences
? Certification: BB
? PMP is a plus
