Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:

Drive the start-up of the new global financial shared services in Region Asia with the management of the transfer of accounting responsibilities into the FSS location.

? Manage a smooth hand over of all relevant accounting activities from the local accounting of an adidas subsidiary to the targeted FSS locations.

? Organize the changes in processes and technique to ensure the harmonized service delivery model of FS

? Facilitate quality, efficiency and cost reductions in HQ Finance.

Key Responsibilities and General Accountabilities:

? Plan and coordinate full transition incl. escalation and issue management

? Manages all transition related communication in close cooperation with the overall project manager for Green Dragon

? Lead of the inbound and outbound transition team and create a motivating working atmosphere

? Make sure that the complete accounting know how gets handed over from local accountants to the FSS team

? Ensure that the established transition tools and methods are used effectively

? Drive the exception decision process to prompt closure

? Aggressively drive the change and issue log to prompt closure

? Coordinate the efforts of the inbound and outbound transition managers

? Manage transition costs to budget

? Ensure that the criteria are timely met for Transition, Cutover and Final Sign-off

? Ensure the achievement of Project KPIs at Final Sign Off

? Support the change management by giving advice to the local management

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

? Project management skills

? Microsoft Office

? Knowledge of SAP FI is an advantage

? Fluent communication in English

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

? University degree with major in accounting/IFRS and at least one practical work experience in accounting or

? Equivalent experience through a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the area of accounting

? Ideally experiences in operational accounting in shared service centers
